First they let me start by saying I work in the administration in the customer service for a telecommunication company 2., whoever the manager at this place has to find a new job because they clearly don't know how to talk with people and clearly want to work there, I understand mistakes and sometimes communication can depend, but this rude woman who clearly needs a hug has no business that only thinks about it
I bought 4 pizza's on Saturday for a party, got home and realized I purchased 4 large pizza and was given 2 large and 2 medium pizza's (the reason I didn't realize it right away was because I thought I had made an error ordering on line). While still at the party I filed a complaint (taking at least 10 minutes away from my guests) with Domino's (the website for complaints did not say to return the pizza within 2 hours) stating the above problem with the order. Today I get an email stating I get no sort of compensation because I did not return the two pizza's within 2 hours. Do not order from this Domino's. The pizza's original cost was $68 for 4 pizza's, not worth it, espically with bad customer service.
Great service I really enjoy ordering my pizza from this place for my family. You always make a good pizza. My favorite Dominos shop!
I don't know what kind of play dominos plays, but they continue to autorize my card for a purchase I made before a week. I was told that this was a glimm in the system, but did not always happen. if my money is not returned asap I will contact the local prosecution. now their telephone lines do not work and the calls cannot be transmitted. Someone should fix it better and soon. I have understood the first time, but twice in two weeks is problematic and why my account information is stored on datei to autorize especially after my payment with a tipp has already been successfully implemented.
