They have so many peacefully romantic seating areas. Its amazing you can even sit on the patio and chill by a fire place. The service was awesome we had a waitress but she also had a little team of people grabbing empty plates and checking on our drinks and service. The food was out of this world. I chose a healthier option with the Salmon Power Bowl. My wife wanted to try the Turkey Sandwich and French Onion Soup. It was bith of our 1st times tasting that soup. Everything they brought out to us from the Spinach Artichoke Dip to the Entrees was perfect. Neither of us had a issue or complaint. I loved my visit and will be back soon.
Our first fine here was great. We joined the waiting list so we were seated as soon as we arrive. To Mac and cheese bites were amazing the ranch was top tier. For our entrees we got the chicken Philly and the burger. The side salad with the house dressing has so much flavor in the dressing. It would have been nice to have cheese and croutons. The chicken Philly had a great sauce and nice buttery bun but the chicken didn’t taste like anything. It has no flavor. The buyer was so good. Perfect size and great potato wedges that paid well with the ranch. The CBD drink was like any other seltzer drink that tastes like a watered down soda but the ginger one had more flavor to it. I’m glad this place is in north county the staff was so nice and friendly and very quick with the food on a Saturday afternoon
This was our first experience at Hendel's and without question won't be the last. Food and atmosphere was excellent. So was the service.
Food was absolutely outstanding and so was our server. Everything from the salad to dessert came out fresh and beautiful plated. Came here to celebrate the completion of a project so we had a full 4 course meal with drinks included. Side Salad, Mac cheese bites, Pasta Florissant, all amaerica burger, lava cakes, and mile high peanut butter explosion. The actual restaurant itself is beautiful. It has an old town feel with a mix of people. The patio is nice and pen and the fireplace is beautiful. Will most definitely come again.
Best place to eat in STL, hands down. The food is outstanding, the bar is tasteful and the service is grade AAA. Sidebar: the online payment option makes your departure that much easier.
