Half Shell Oyster House - Flowood

First time visitor and I will be back. Everything was great. The watermelon splash is a must try. The Voodoo wings were AMAZING. I ordered the somkey shrimp and grits. They were good. This place is a great date night spot. I would definitely recommend.

Ouster?s were delicious!! Portobello mushrooms were full of flavor. My daughter got the chicken Alfredo; she don?t like sea food. The shrimp and grits were perfect. Price was ok. We did get a dessert but could get a pic, my daughter got to it first.

Ordered a dozen Bienville oysters last night, takeout. The oysters were overcooked (burnt), large salt rocks were baked on top of my oysters (which I had to pick out to consume), and small shells were attached underneath (some of these were also inside the oyster). I?m always excited to visit Half Shell when I come into town from, but I?ve never had oysters like this. Especially since they?ve upped the price. I paid $28 for these, only to be disgusted and have to drink bottles

Katelynn was our very attentive extremely nice server. We had a variety, crispy cajun avocados, fried green tomatoes and crab cakes, oysters bienville, chicken alfredo and seafood pasta, one with grits and the other with their delicious broccoli. Everything was fresh, hot and delicious. We washed it down with lemonade, shirley temples and I tried the strawberry basil mojito. Several people stopped by to check on us.
