An oasis of peace and genuineness. I was with friends for dinner and we were great. from the cheeses produced by their sheep, to the tasty vegetables and prepared with simple and surprising recipes, to the first dishes to the meat, all delicious and watered of wine chosen from their very provided cellar. right price, celery and precise service. What to ask more? recommended
Nino and maximum are two extraordinary people who have realized a project like that of the corbaro park where dedication and love in details spends in every corner of this place and makes even more, this place, a real paradise where to spend unforgettable evenings. the same breathtaking panorama that you can enjoy at sunset or in a wonderful day of sun, united by professionalism, the excellent food of the nino chef and the excellent service of maximum make the corbaro park an experience to relive every time I return on this wonderful island. the goats then, they offered the possibility to produce from their milk delicacies that the palate can enjoy its flavors in a sensory degotative path, accompanied by a wide choice of recommended wines and jams of various gorges of their production that, to remember it, I still live the water. What more?! you were not really in ischia if you did not go to find max and nino at the corbaro park. Thanks again for your hospitality. You're unique. Five stars are too few.
We booked a dinner for two people plus a newborn. we requested the rabbit to the Ischetana and the laundry. the reservation has been accepted with availability but it has not been explained that the road is to say little inaccessible with family cars and the ideal is to go in motion or with local taxis. Fortunately we found place in one of the two small parking spaces. the location is surrounded by nature and is in very spartan style and overlooks the hole. the sessions are comfortable the staff is available, prepared and gauze. in the absence of menu we have been proposed an appetizer based on goat cheese and vegetables. cheeses were served on a cutting board and were accompanied by fresh and dried fruit and jams and the presentation was excellent. vegetables except pumpkin and potatoes did not taste. We were waiting for them with the rabbit ragout at the ischitan. on our palate it seemed only the laundry with a simple tomato or probably the dressing was squeezed or completely absent. the rabbit to the ischitana served in a bowl of terracotta was little pleasant compared to other rabbits to the ischitana we ate. for our tastes, too cooked and lacking of the flavors that distinguish it. in conclusion we paid € 95,00 two people without wine and two bottles of natural water.
