My visit to L 'osteria Fiorentina, near Parma in Emilia-Romagna, was a culinary delight. I started with sausage and onion pasta, followed by the exquisite La Francesina meat dish. The tiramisù dessert was a perfect finale. The exceptional service added to the overall charm of this Tuscan gem. Don 't miss this authentic Italian experience.

This unassuming restaurant hides the true skill of the cook who certainly has a special touch in her kitchen. Full flavours and skillful combinations in the preservation of traditional recepies time and time again. It lacks a little in the atmosphere but at times this gets a healthy shot in the arm from some colourful locals.

What to say very kind staff we ate from god, all the eating was good and fresh only mini pecca if it is too crowded between a plate and the other you have to wait a bit but for how you eat well it is really worth it. we will definitely return
