Always love Starbucks because you know what you're going to get. Drinks were great! I wish the customer service was a little better. The front register girl didn't acknowledge that we were standing there. And the other employees didn't speak to us at all. Just didn't feel super welcoming.
Nice group working there super friendly. Me and my friends like to hang out outside and catch up. Of course anything on the menu is good. Love the cafe mocha.
This Starbucks is hit or miss with the costumer service. Drinks are alway good but you just never know how the staff is gunna be. One time I was in line and someone asked if they had anymore holiday cups to which one of the employees responded yes, proceeded to open up a cabinet in front of everyone full of holiday cups and hand one to the costumer. I asked for one immediately after to which the same employee told me to my face they where out. I didn’t mention anything but not only was that extremely rude it’s also super disrespectful to lie to my face after everyone saw the employee open the cabinet full of cups. Another time I went to order a drink I had ordered literally the day before and the employee charged me $4 extra. When I asked why the price was so high she explained that they have to charge extra but I told her I order that drink all the time at multiple locations and had ordered it the day before at this location with no issue. She cut me off telling me she couldn’t do it and would get in trouble. My friend immediately ordered after me the exact same drink with another cashier there and was charged the correct amount, no up charge and no problem. I come to that Starbucks almost everyday because I work across the street. I’m always friendly and never complain. Another time we went during the afternoon and have always noticed they have a sign with the costumer of the week and their drink order. We thought that was so cute and my coworker asked how you could be the costumer of the week to which an employee rudely barked “I don’t know”. Sometimes the staff is just really stand-off ish. Maybe I’m wrong for expecting more since I’m a regular there but I just figured since I spend a fortune at that location I would be more accommodated. I will say the morning manager (I think his name is david) is amazing and the morning staff is usually exceptional. It’s usually the afternoon staff that’s not that great. Just hoping things change at this location since Starbucks baristas (especially at the other locations I go to: Miami lakes, Hialeah and pines) are notorious for being super friendly, accommodating and memorable.
The employees are very friendly and deliver great customer service. Also, the food and beverages are fresh and tasty!!
