Applebee's Grill - Fort Mitchell

I visited the restaurant in Crestview Hills on February 29, 2016. When I inquired about the soup of the day, I was informed it was Cheesy Broccoli. However, the waiter brought me potato soup without confirming my order. The potato soup tasted unpleasant, like wallpaper paste, and the chicken Fajita had a jalapeño filling that was so hot it was inedible. Although I have always enjoyed dining at this restaurant, this experience was disappointing and I doubt I will return, especially since the meal was not worth the price even with a 10% discount of 67 cents. The excuse that they ran out of broccoli soup for lunch at 11:30 was not satisfactory to me.

Despite receiving a 10% discount of 67 cents, I did not think the meal was worth the price. I have always enjoyed this restaurant, but I may not return after this experience. I was not satisfied with the explanation that they had run out of broccoli soup by 11:30am.

Our recent dinner at Applebee's was satisfactory, with nothing exceptional but also nothing disappointing. The service was excellent, even though we were seated near the entrance where some guests had to wait to be greeted for a little longer than usual. It was amusing to watch the confusion on their faces. The food was average, as we anticipated. The ambiance was a bit outdated.

It was my first time back in time! And all about great experience! It was exhausting that we were waiting, but understandable. The food was sooo good and our service was amazing! Sydney was our server and she was great! Must come back!

While the Applebees sites here in crestview hills is one of the better of the franchise restaurants of applebee, it is not great yet. the only thing that is.
