Special needs cashiers requires accommodation with someone assisting her, she took five orders before us with errors on every order. Thank you for hiring persons with cognitive disabilities and please give them the support needed for success in the position. We dont mind waiting 35 minutes for a Mr. Misty Float and one Blizzard. It is just not fair subjecting her to ridicule and negativity from customers that are not as understanding. Thank you again for hiring disabled individuals and your product is fantastic on a hot day. Update 12/10/23 service was exceptional quick and tasty.
Blizzard melting all over cup rim dripping down was good but very little fruit in blizzard
Terrible service I went to order a blizzard but there was no one to be found. I can hear them in the back talking. I yelled for someone but no one came. I will take my business else where.
Worst customer service..nothing like an entitled Jessica...to provide the rudest drive thru service ive ever experienced....pathetic petulant children running a store equals rude service, lobby full of teen friends loitering, dirty store, ugly mouth on jessica...ill be calling Tom.Keller Monday morning to file a complaint on the disgusting rude child working there...maybe he can explain to jessica to be a polite adult when dealing with paying customers..perhaps a training class so the ignorant gain some knowledge..or the idiots like jessuca will be sadly working min wage dummy jobs like this her whole life..and she deserves it..but the customers dont....
I came in through lobby ordering ice cream and the candy table looked so dirty and the floor was messy. I don’t think it’s pleasing to be serving while a candy table is dirty. One of the coworkers had a vape in their pocket as well. I also don’t think that’s very appropriate.
