Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Fort Myers

When I placed my order there were 2 cars ahead of me waiting for their food and when I looked behind me there were 2 more cars waiting for food. It took about 10 minutes before I got my food.

Went to this location today, ordered a silly bar and chocolate dipped cone. The cashier comes to the window hands us this dipped cone and says ?ya the chocolate is messing up the ice cream? and shuts the window?.

Like always the ice cream was delicious but the service came into the store and the lady in the register was with a long face and not even, May I help you! I had to say hello and she didn't even reply. On the other hand the one who handled the ice creams was very friendly, just a simple smile was enough. First time coming to this location and honestly to work on a customer service position the lady at the register was not in the mood for it.

I'm not sure why it is, but DQ is the only place where I can fit my high-roof van in the drive-thru. However, that's not the main reason I love it here. The food is fantastic, the service is excellent, and I just enjoy everything about it. My first job as a teenager was at the DQ in Key Largo, and I've been hooked ever since!

I really appreciate that my dog gets a puppy cup here. He absolutely loves them! More restaurants should consider this. This is the only fast food place I choose to visit.
