Publix Super Market At The Shops At Verandah

I was so so upset today at visiting the publix at the verandah off of palm beach blvd. My 87 year old dad had me looking for potassium pills asked the pharmists to assist and her reaction was look right the on the shelves..In which she saw me looking there already. Why is it when you ask them for customer assist it's such a problem. Until you get upset with them . Then there comment was if you want me to come look. Well isn't that was asked of you when I asked if she new if there was any there or better yet doesn't she order the products to place on the shelves. It was such a crime that I asked her to come out from behind her counter So so SAD because I was just thinking I would change all his medicine there since I'm always shopping there. Not not going to happen now for sure. Whst happen to old fashion customer service .since covid been here I feel stores don't do it anymore. Use to help you out the store and help load your car that's a thing of the past. Publix get back the way you use to be...

This publix is great. Lines are consistently short, staff is helpful, a variety of things are available. Subs are excellent.

Great location to get the vittles you need...and crave. Be sure to get something from the Deli. A Chicken Tender Sub, Mojo Pork or a pasta salad? They got it all at Publix.
