Ihop - Fort Oglethorpe

The atmosphere here makes me very uncomfortable. The staff openly argue with each other, and are very loud. One of my recent visits, I heard, at least 3 times, that one of the staff couldn't take a table because of a doctor's appointment. Another time, a male Hispanic server, and white female server argued and yelled about taking each others' tables across the lobby. They also tend to sit customers close to their serving and computer station, where they are also very loud with each other. The food is also outrageously expensive for what it is. I paid $50 for a breakfast for 2- of which the quality was no more improved than that of Waffle House. Yet, somehow it was 33% more expensive.

We waited 13 minutes before somebody spoke to us and then finally came and seated us and everyone else got spoken to right away until another black couple came in and they were left up there forever but with nobody speaking to them and passing them like they weren't there

Kynesa was our server and she was wonderful! We were on a mommy/daughter date and she made our experience so great! She was so sweet, made sure we were taken care of, and went above and beyond for us! We would definitely come back.

Only a 3 star because the staff were super friendly. Was told upon entry that it was going to be a while that they were very short staffed understandable). Very friendly staff but the food was not good, overcooked and some toppings missing. May have been a one time fluke but if I go back and it's better I'll change my review.
