Five Guys - Fort Smith

I tried Five Guys for the first time and placed my order online. I informed them that I was on my way to pick up the order through their website, and notified them when I arrived. I walked in and saw them finishing up my order. They offer bunless and lettuce wrap options. Without a doubt, one of the best burgers I have ever had! I ordered the 'large fries' and received a medium cup of fries along with half a brown bag of fries! It was incredible and definitely worth the visit. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience!

I always place my orders online and it's super easy. The service is always quick. They always give you plenty of fries! I just love it!

Makes and taste like home. With their french fries made from fresh whole potatoes, huge servings, burgers are yummy as well, also shelled peanuts to tide you over until your meal is cooked. For peanut allergies go somewhere else to be safer, and those with salt sensitivities ask for no salt and apply when you get them which is always hot and fresh. Also they have a spicy seasoning if you want an extra kick to your fries. I give them 5 stars because what they have works well and I see them always trying to do their best. If they treat their employees how this customer feels like family then I will always 5 star the 5 guys.

The staff is very welcoming and the food is consistently delicious. I especially love that they now make the fries to order, making Five Guys online takeout one of my top choices for dining out.

It appeared that they filled up a large cup of fries, poured it into the bag, then topped it up again before serving, resulting in more fries than expected. The burger was also delicious, made with fresh ingredients and always a delightful treat.
