Fort Thomas Parlor

My son and I shared a large cup. It was very good. Great place to take a break from the surrounding park and trails.

They have very good soft serve ice cream and other stuff. There are usually a couple of adorable young ladies working the times I've stopped by. The neighborhood it's in is very old and nostalgic, if you've been in Cincy all your life but never visited this neighborhood you should especially if you like history. There's a park across the street with a very nice children's play area, this is pretty little town.

We were excited to stop in for the first time this afternoon. Upon entering the empty shop, we were not greeted by the employee behind the counter. I brushed it off and gave her a smile and a hello to which she only looked up at me. We spent several minutes trying to figure out what we wanted and had to ask her if she could take our order. The experience was just really off-putting. It was as if we were bothering her by simply stopping in. There were no prices listed. The soft serve ice cream was ok, but we should have stuck with Graeter's.

Lousy service!!! Walked in nobody even said hi!!!! Asked about soft serve and she replied machine is down she pointed to a plastic container on the counter and said we have vanilla...even showed the Kroger wrapper on it!!! NEVER AGAIN
