The Shack - Fort Walton Beach

The restaurant is not very accommodating for children with disabilities. While it is wheelchair accessible and our waitress was fantastic, the store manager was rude and didn’t even acknowledge my daughter, who uses a wheelchair.

On our first night in Fort Walton, The Shack exceeded our expectations! We were in the mood for seafood, and that's exactly what we got! I highly recommend the fried green tomatoes and enjoying the view while sitting by the water!

Charming spot with delicious food. A bit on the expensive side, but overall a lovely experience by the bay.

We sat on the deck right beside the water. The crab dip is to die for! Best I have had! Redfish and Mahi mahi both great! We got the spicy Cajun with Parmesan cream sauce. Passion fruit margarita sweet but not too sweet. Would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.

Excellent place! Waterfront dine-in with very good food and service, totally recommended! We ordered Shacktastic Shrimp Feast and First Mate’s Platter…. Just amazing, cooked to perfection! Thanks to Tabatha for your help!
