I witness several people just giving up and leaving. 4. DJ keeps the vibe hype Cons: 1. Games start at 1 however the TVs are not on the games. 2. Sound not working for the TVs 3. They have a raffle that is only for people setting at tables. To get a table you must spend $75 per person. If you spend the same amount sitting at the bar you can't be included in the raffle. Spoke to manager and he didn't have an answer for why I could get a raffle ticket when my bill was already $75.
Yikes, if it was not for kareoki distraction, who would want to wait more than 2 hours to seat than another 2 hours to eat? Tap Out or do better!
Great place for sports. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Title: A Night of Frustration at Tap Sports Bar Review: My evening at Tap Sports Bar, located within the MGM, stands out as one of the most dismal dining experiences I have encountered in recent memory. We were initially informed of a 30-45 minute wait time for a table, which quickly escalated into a two-hour ordeal with still no table in sight. The host and manager displayed a shocking lack of professionalism and customer service acumen, their attitudes bordering on rudeness. This lack of courtesy and organizational chaos seemed to resonate throughout the establishment, with a noticeable absence of staff attending to the growingly disgruntled customers inside the bar, even as they hosted a sold-out event outside with a woefully inadequate two bar staff members. After multiple inquiries about our table were met with indifference and a lack of concrete answers, we decided to cut our losses and try our luck at Diablo’s. Contrary to our prior experience, we were immediately seated, and the service was outstanding. Parking: The MGM casino has plentiful and free parking. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free parking lot
