Papa John's Pizza - Fort Wayne

I think it's rough how to treat employees, friend was fired to call sick, I don't think I want someone to get sick with my eating.

My order has been canceled at 3 different locations let me hang for 25 minutes until I canceled an email without a statement . I ordered about once a week, notice the past. of course, no company contact connection.

Now we have ordered a pizza and one hr just waited for them to tell us that we can't fulfill our order after we wait a hr and while I talked to the manager jessie about it, he was hanged on me. that is rude and not professional.

The last two pizzas I bought from this load were understated and clean in the inner when they try to solve the problem that I was just ignored. will not buy from there again.

Worst customer service ever! I ordered 2 pizzas, got home the order was wrong. My husband called they said they would replace it. He said he couldn't come back that night so they said to call when he wanted it. He just called the manager on duty not only gave him the run around refused to replace the order but also was extremely rude. We definitely will not be ordering from here anymore. They obviously don't care about customer service whatsoever. What a waste of money...
