Taco Bell - Fort Wayne

This Taco Bell location is truly one of the best and most consistent I have experienced. Despite the low wages the employees may receive, you can tell that they truly care about delivering quality food that closely resembles the pictures. As someone who has tried every item at Taco Bell at various locations across the US, I can confidently say that this location exceeds expectations. Keep up the great work, I never realized Taco Bell without regret was possible until now.

We had a problem with our mobile order not going through right before the restaurant closed. However, Theresa, the manager, quickly resolved the issue for us with no problem. If you ever have an issue, just give them a call. Overall, they usually do a good job.

Hours and half wait to get my order that I ordered online. it is a Friday night that arrived at 1 o'clock, my order is not received until about 2:25 o'clock. when I came to the window, they could not find my online order anymore. I had to show her on my handy what I ordered. one of the employees was in bad mood and screamed to the other employee while I write my order. She was nice to talk to me, but only a bad mood. when I got my order, my sauces and a taco were missing, but I decided to call it a night-lol. do not understand why the line lasted until they had 3 employees there and the lobby had closed.

Had a problem with a mobile order that ran right before the lock. theresa the manager hasn't taken care of any problem if u just call a problem. they usually do a good job.

Burritos filled with fillers, rice. They said they were made of big cups, all they had was medium, but still charged for the big one. 2.19 for a large drink is expensive. especially if it is a medium that seems to be expensive if I had good eating and quality I would not have gone to taco bell.
