There was a line of people others still coming in mind you this is about 15 min prior to close 3 people including myself to pick up online orders. I waited about 7 min before I went to the counter asked about online orders because I could see 3 bags on the counter. She stated she's the only one working and she's doing as best she can. I cannot fault her for poor management. She was very calm courteous when she conveyed this. Clearly overworked, I am sure she's underpaid but I will say this, ease up on the servings. This is way too much guacamole and I saw the same thing on a customer who was being rang up. I got my food, both items were cold. How do you leave your employees insufficient help in an up coming, extremely busy area on let alone a night that football is on?! People are more than likely NOT cooking. Management needs to be overhauled at this point because this is unacceptable for customers and the employees.
Worst chipotle I've ever been too. Needs new management and staff!!!!!!! Wouldn't serve me because it was raining outside! WTF

12/30/22 I wanted to try the Guajillo Steak, so I dared to go to this place. The waiting period was not long, but they were from Guajillo Steak. I chose Barbacoa with fajita Veggies, but they were from Veggies. The young lady who helped me said she cooks vegetables and if I had a seat, she would call me when they were done. I waited and waited and waited. I saw them grow the salsa, sour cream, corn, guacamole and cook chickens, but not the Fajita Veggies. I went to the register to follow, and the cashiers apologised and began my bowl with the veggies that scratched them off from below, but then they were from cheese. At that time I had been there 25 minutes. The checkout goes to ask her manager (Maddison) whether they could reduce my bowl or give me free as they forgot from me, and the manager had a sniffing expression on her face and said the young lady no! I asked them to come and talk to me, because this is the least she could do since I was forgotten, and they were ill prepared, and from the stock for the essential. Maddison said, "If you want a discount, I can try to write my GM." I told her "No worries"! When I left, 30 minutes later, they made Guajillo Steak. Discontinued of cheese and not meat and other essential before the run out is bad guidance! This is my fourth time eating from this place (1st time in about 10 months) and 3 of the 4 times my orders were up or the portions were too small compared to other locations. The cashiers and the young ladies who put the food together were friendly and very apologetic so that helped with the experience, but the manager must learn more about good customer service! Vegetarian options: There is a small selection of vegetarian options you should choose. Accessibility: You have standard handicap access with ramp availability.
Visited this situation tonight and HAD to leave a review. Came for a pickup order, sub-Pa would be a free description of what we get. Whoever prepared the food had little attention to the customers, which leads me to the real complaint about my visit. A gentleman with a prosthesis leg fell into the outside area, clearly hit his head and had to re-adjust his leg – just to give a description of how hard he fell. I offered him help, but then I went in to inform the man about the incident and recommend that he also check on him. The manager informed me that he saw the man fall, but there was nothing he could do. Another employee then started laughing about the incident. When I suggested that it might not be appropriate to laugh when someone is injured, she has “she can laugh whenever she wants.” The anger then went on to say that the gentlemen probably liked because they had rained before. However, it had not rained at least 48 hours before the incident, so clearly Chipotle has a drainage problem, or the water comes from another source. Regardless of this, it is the task of a company to ensure that its reasons are safe, accessible to all and especially to treat each customer with respect. Chipotle, your employees represent your brand. Bad service and lack of humility are not the image you want to represent.
