Big Timber Family - Fossil

We're always searching for local restaurants to check out while cruising around town on our motorcycles, and we stumbled upon this hidden gem by chance. We were thrilled to find out that it was a local favorite, which is always a good sign. The waitress and cook were exceptional, creating a friendly atmosphere and even engaging in playful banter when the chance presented itself. Our waitress had a wonderful sense of humor, which made our breakfast experience even more enjoyable. The food was delicious and genuinely reflected the local cuisine. We almost reconsidered our plans for the next day just to return!

It is with regret that I share that the Big Timber Family Restaurant has closed its doors for good. I'm not entirely certain about the reasons for this closure, but it seems they faced some internal difficulties and had trouble attracting customers. I had the opportunity to dine there a few times before they shut down, and I genuinely feel sad to see them go. They will definitely be missed.

My family used to own Big Timber, but it closed for a while. Fortunately, the original owners have reopened it, and I’m happy to report that it's just as fantastic as it was before! I used to work there, and now I live in Fossil. I highly recommend visiting!
