Tuscany Bistro Grill - Fossland

Food was okay. Service was okay… appetizers were better than average.So… I got the pizza. Edges were burnt, center, the cheese wasn’t even close to melted. Honestly, other than the lively atmosphere… better food at Olive Garden.

I hardly ever write bad reviews, but this place deserves one.First of all, do yourself a favor and don't order pizza from this place.Our waitress inexplicably had a dismissive attitude with us, several times.We had to ask for our water twice and then she got our simple order wrong. We asked for red peppers to be added to their gourmet sausage pizza. We received a cheese pizza with red peppers on it. Okay, so anybody can make a mistake.When we asked them to remake the pizza, she offered to bring extra sausage on the side and suggested we could just put it onto the pizza.The pizza was terrible thin-crust pizza anyway.We asked to speak with the manager. When she came over, she was not very empathetic for our situation and she said that they were having a shortage and staffing that evening.Let me point out that another waiter (pleasant young guy with curly brown hair) had actually come to us and asked if we had been taken care of, because he noticed that we had been sitting there for a while and did not have any water.My friend had ordered a drink, and he believed that our entire meal should be comped and we just wanted to leave. The manager said he had to pay for his drink (which I don't necessarily have a problem with) but she was very transactional and not very customer-oriented about her approach.It was a $7 drink and I hope that the $7 were worth them receiving this bad review.The place seems like it has a big menu and the other food (like pastas) looked good, but the poor treatment that we received deserves this review.

I do not recommend poor customer service and pizza not very good.Normally I give 4 and 5 star reviews and it's hard to write this one.The waitress was negative and was sloppy. Watching another server, he was 200% better. Our waitress failed to fill our water glasses, brought the wrong order and when asked to fix, her response was sloppy. The manager has similar poor customer service and we felt it was best to leave.The atmosphere would be the best part but we will not come back.

I've had many filet mignons. What this place served was definitely not a filet mignon. I guess they thought I wouldn't notice.

Fantastic food. The room we were in was painfully loud. Two of us wore hearing aid but the rest of the table with normal hearing, thought it was ridiculously loud. Quite difficult to hold a normal conversation.
