The chicken on my sandwich (claimed to be breast meat) was actually just breaded... breading. My entire first bite was just overcooked breading without any meat at all. I'm disgusted. What ever happened to quality?

Sat across from fountain store after i tried to get someone to answer the phoneFor a whole 30 mins i watched every staff member stand there talking no customers. Ordered a Sourdough Jack no sauce meal and received a sausage and cheese croissant with fries. Couldn't get back to the store since in Woodland Park when I found out. It was 10:35 am but still expected for my order to be correct.

Not sure why all these places continue to leave their dining rooms closed other than sheer laziness. People want to eat inside particularly when they are on a break from work. Open your doors...it isn't March of 2020. Pretty sure you will survive
