I live in frankfurt and can be lazy to leave my neighborhood as there are many good options closer, but for angelo’s I cook the effort. so tasty and authentic not only her biscuit cutter Italian restaurant. beautiful like a romantic night...with the family or even on a cozy table for one. it's all crates.

I made 5 years tour in Germany and traveled there in several countries. one of my favourites is Italian for its rich history and delicious food. once in frankfurt they have the choice of a million restaurants; but there's no one like that. my family and I felt like we were visiting family. house cooked meals as original as mamás. they must visit when they are in frankfurt.

I can't think of a better way to enjoy the life again than an evening meal in machiavelli! real authentic cooking that all culinary gifts from the juwel, the italy is with a hauch of modern. I have returned to this restaurant because some of my friends have asked me to try the now famous machiavelli tomahawk a wonderful cut of rib eye prepared Italian style. the larger than the life owner signore angelo brizzi recommended a pairing of said tomahawk with opus one. an dinner in machiavelli proves that gott loves us. at my next visit I will try the filletto di manzo con salsa di mirtilli beef filet with blueberry sauce? grazie mille maestro angelo!

Back to machiavelli means back to angelo! cook an ital like, I think no other! this time we had luck and we sat outside, I love it almost better inside. I am born italian and raisd in the Swiss, be born by a mother. the like world-class cook, I am of course very critical about how it is made foreign food. angelo combines both the basic Italian Mediterranean cuisine with a hauch of enlightenment and extension! but he never forgets to make Italian simple but at the same time, complex wise, amazing Mediterranean dishes! its pasta is only world-class, even acquires it to italy itself! but here comes the note: there are very few cooks in italy, the barbeque meats can be the species and wise angelo dosis! the name angelo means angel, to me angelo is a angel of the strange kitchen! everything was just perfect! prices as always fair as regards quality! the wine list is great! many thanks angelo and all her team for a truly Italian night in the center of frankfurt! salva
