Food and service was exceptional! The General Manager was very nice and visited our table. I recommend the Kona pork sliders!
My family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids) went out for lunch and our total bill came to $96. We didn't order any alcoholic drinks. We started with edamame as an appetizer, then my husband had sushi while the kids had bento boxes and water. I ordered sweet tea and cheeseburger sliders, while my husband had water and the sweet chili glazed salmon. We were disappointed that the flatbreads were unavailable due to a broken oven. Overall, we felt that the food was not worth the price we paid and it was not to our taste. We do not plan on returning to this restaurant.
Kona grill is a nice resturant, however when it's busy the service nor the food is up to par.
The manager had planned it badly so that the server was extremely reworked. They were understated. The seat was outside and cold without lighting at the table or above. The sound level was echo. The food was spicier as what is noticed on the menu. We had to order something else to replace it and waited very long for it. The product we finished was delicious. We felt very sorry for the server because she tried so hard. We talked to the manager, but he was in denial.
