Cafe Magma - Fredericia

Great food. I got a burger that tasted heaven and the man had to fry his steak on a warm stone. He got his fried as he would have it. However, there is something drinking for when you sit towards a 400 degrees of warm stone. Do not place glass too close. This is not the last time we come there. Cosy premises and not special sound. The service was sweet and fast.

Eating here and trying their Magma Stone concept was a fun experince frying your sous vide prepared meat on a 400 degree stone ! The staff was wonderful and very professional. We will definitely return some day and try more of their wonderful food.

The meat is served raw and fried on a hot slab of stone on your table which is a nice unusual touch. But it could be improved, it would be nice with a sharp knife to cut the meat with if you are two persons sharing. Also some small spoons for the sauce would be nice. The wine list was quite short.

Great food and the best Fredericia has to offer at the moment.

Immaculate service, lovely brunch buffet with a good varied selection of both cold and hot dishes. Meeting staff who provide service with a smile.
