Foode - Fredericksburg

I was here for a business lunch. We chose this place because it was seemed interesting. It is an old bank and even still has the vault inside as a reused space. We all had the Fredericksburg burger and it was actually really good. Great vibes. The staff was super friendly and attentive as well. I would definitely come back.

We?ve been wanting to try this place for a little while as it has received great reviews and always seemed busy. We had a friend visiting from out of town and decided to give it a shot this morning for brunch. Great place and great atmosphere. I had the biscuits and gravy. It was excellent. I?m from Canada and go here every time I?m in the area. The staff is so nice too! even got my friend visiting to go here too and even they said it was some of the best food they?ve had. Also.. We were passing through Fredericksburg VA and stopped by Foode for lunch. What a charming, historic place! It was a bank building for years, but was ?tastefully? remodeled into a great restaurant! My wife had a fried chicken sandwich and I had probably the best B-A-L-T (bacon, avocado, lettuce, tomato) sandwich ever!!! My wife thought her chicken sandwich was good, but not the best ever. We were driving through town and made a pit stop here. Very nice place with amazing decor. The food was very good, we had the black bean burger and she had a steak salad. Probably the best of either we have ever had. We sat outside because we had a dog and the server brought out a big dog bowl. I?d come back here!
