Pizza Hut - Fredericksburg

So, first I ordered a Big Brooklyn Pepperoni Pizza, which I 've had before from Pizza Hut. Delivery was quick. But the pizza was cheese and not pepperoni. Also, the pizza was almost cold. I don 't live that far from the store so it couldn 't have been because of distance. You had one job Pizza Hut. Perhaps the Dasher Michael , grabbed the wrong pizza. But probably not. *sigh*I will admit the flavor was good. Odd but good. They use a really sweet tasting sauce on their pizza that makes it stand out from others.I didn 't want to believe all of the one and two star reviews I have seen, but if you can 't get a simple pepperoni pizza order correct, you earned those low scores.Again, you had one job Pizza Hut.

This is the second time this has happened. I ordered food on their website online (large cheese pizza and wings). The pizza arrived overcooked and was barely edible. It was a complete waste of my time and money. The worst part is that I couldn’t get a refund back on either, next time I’ll just accept the fees and DoorDash something.

The service and team behind the counter is amazing. This is a true example of great customer service and proud of the work they do. The food and atmosphere is always amazing at this location. I 100% know it's the amazing manager and team that keeps me coming back and t3lling others this is the place when u need party food. Keep up the amazing work ?

Pizza Hut has a way of just being awesome in the first place. Dalton made our experience just so much better. He was polite, inviting, speedy, and had an all around great demeanor. His presence made this a wonderful meal. Thanks Dalton for the fishing spot advice!
