Had a lovely bowl here, I was reassured most of the menu could be made gluten free, I opted for a bulgar bowl and swapped out the bulgar for quinoa rice which was no problem. The food was delicious and the staff were very kind and I was able to watch them make my bowl and saw the chef wipe everything down before starting my bowl. The price was rather high but considering the service I was very happy :
Most of the menu is gluten-free, they use gluten-free oats for everything. However, double check if they’re using oat milk for the recipe since it seemed to me that they’re not aware that it is not entirely gluten free (e.g. the porridge is made with gluten-free oats but with regular oat milk). Overall, the place has good and nice options and the people are kind. However, the waiting time is extremely long, even when the restaurant is not full. We waited over 30 mins for two bowls (happened twice).
