Kobe beef was very tough, tasted more like dry pork pieces. spring roll was on a bed of noodles so it was soggy instead of crunchy. all the containers were not sufficient fish sauce spilled all over the bag, lids on other food items were loose
I tried the pork chop and beef soup at this pho restaurant and both dishes exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be returning. However, the second time I visited, the ramen soup base was too salty and didn't taste good.
After a long night, I was craving pho and this restaurant was the most convenient option. We decided to order takeout, and for the price, we were pleased with the generous amount of meat and the quality of the noodles. The broth could have been more flavorful, but overall, this is a great neighborhood restaurant with a lot to offer. I would definitely return to try some of their rice dishes.
The pho at this restaurant was average at best. The broth was bland, the noodles were overcooked, and there was only one slice of jalapeño. However, the brisket, ribeye, and roast duck with rice were the saving grace of the meal. The taro bubble tea tasted like soap. If you're looking for good pho, I would not recommend this place.
