Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Fresno

Not sure how this place got 4 stars but it's one of the worse food joint I've been to. The associates seems so down with no energy. Management has poor taste in people they hire especially when the lobby so small there is no urgency to clean at all. No professionalism in managment or person in charge when I run into this location. Even PIC used profanity.One good thing is the food is good.

The food was good! The service was really slow. The restaurant needed to be cleaned in the lobby.

I like this place and for being a regular good paying customer when they do make me wait a longer then unexpected wait time for their chicken to be cooked and made I would think it would be a nice thing for this location to at least offer a courtesy Fountain drink for the wait which as of yet they do not.. Popeyes should definitely show more courtesy to their customers..

Didn 't want to waste anymore timeon this review like they did to mine, but waited 1hr and the cashier can have a nice day.

It was slow and I waited like 25 minutes for my 12pcs family chicken they didn’t have any biscuits so they replaced them with some strawberry biscuits not good though the team members were friendly and accommodatingParking: There are only like 5-10 spots to park including handicap parkingWheelchair accessibility: Yes they have a ramp
