I love mexican food, so I always try new restaurants! this is by far the best Mexican restaurant I have ever eaten! I'm from Mississippi now, but when I lived in oklahoma, I'd always eat here if I was in Texas! the food, the restaurant itself, waiter are all top kitchens! the fundidos and fried avocado are also mine going, but the tortilla soup, the enchiladas, fajitas all are amazing! add them to their places to try, they will not be disappointed!

If you don't eat a cheese and you actually want your chicken soup to have a chicken in it, don't eat here. the personal is completely incompetent, especially the host with the bushy eyebrows. it cannot take a simple order of chicken soup without cheese. first off, what authentic Mexican restaurant puts cheese in chicken soup?! none. the chicken soup at this place will pour cheese into the soup, which then crawls down like a big piece of phlegm! it is disgusting, but even if I give no cheese please, this girl will either forget to communicate my question to the cook, or the cook does not understand no cheese means no cheese. this cheese problem happened 4 times at 4 different occasions. so I ordered for the 4th time the chickenfajita tacos and again. I come home with crushed chicken tacos that are crushed in cheese! I call the restaurant, but the girl who took my order tells me that is not her problem, and I should " complain to the manager and not her (although she could connect me to the manager as she had the one answer on her phone) not only that, she also had the opportunity to hang the phone on me several times as I would have tried to talk to the manager, but I would not have been able to talk back to the manager! I explained the problem and he refunded my credit card that didn't make it any better because I had nothing to dinner. quickly forward a week later. husband offers dinner by la escondida. he comes back with chicken-Veggie tortilla suppe. no one would ever be, except they forget the chicken soup! the name of the server on the ticket is over and I give up! I'm really sorry for those people. I am not a karene who enjoys bringing people into hardships, especially in difficult economic times. but the owner and the administration of this restaurant should seriously reassess their employees. you can eat well if you pay more attention to making it right.

It is convenient and eating is ok, but the service was always terrible. tonight was the worst. our server never came to the table until he was ready to pay the bill. we never got water, never cleaned our teller and we had to ask him to fill our drinks. one of us would catch him, and then he would turn and go, even if the rest of the table wanted a refill. he brought us three times the bill, and I still eat my meal. it felt like we were an arrangement all the time. I really want to like this place.

It was my nephew graduation dinner and it was my and my parents 1st time there but the food and drinks were so delicious
