The hamburger tasted like meatloaf. The ceiling was leaking. They were selling weird stuff other than food.
Great place to build your own burger with a quirky name and atmosphere. They have a Milkshake Lab which is kinda unique. The onion rings were great with the Aretha Frankenstein batter.....but really, really greasy. .....but, I guess that what make burger, fries and rings so good. Great place for a casual, laid back lunch.
The owners are great people and really down to earth..Great food
We have eaten here a few times in the past couple years. Never have really been impressed. This past visit was one of the worse. There was only one table with four in the restaurant when we arrived so not busy but the one waitress seemed busy. She was on the phone taking orders I guess. Seemed like it took a long time for our meal to come out. When the cooks finally said “Order up” the waitress was on the phone. There were three people in the kitchen and two of them were milling around and saw that she was on the phone. I would expect them to bring our order out rather than just let it sit. The cook staff seemed disheveled and hair not in hair nets or even pulled back. The onion rings were barely warm and honestly not that good. Yes the burger is juicy but that was not enough to make the visit pleasant. Maybe it was our hearing but the waitress didn’t seem to speak very loud and we had to keep saying “What?”. It was dinner time and people started coming in about the time we were leaving so not sure how the one waitress was going to handle it.
