Fort Sill Mwr Activities - Ft. Sill

I was just curious, isn’t there a federal law, that every federal building is a smoke free area and that smoking is prohibited in or no further than 50 feet of a building especially an entrance. Why is it that the golf manager at Fort Sill smokes right at the door when a patron is trying to enter. Why do I have to be exposed to his smoke and why does the MWR manager condone this obvious violation of federal law.

On or about 8/1/2019 I submitted the following complaint to the Fort Sill MWR ICE web site. "Over the weekend from 7/26/2019 to 7/29/2019 I rented one of the Starcraft campers and one of the Bayliner boats. When I reserved the units I was told by one of the employees named Net that the boat came with water ski 's. I have rented from mwr a few times the first time being well over 5 years ago.
