Dachsbau Fulda

The Dachsbau is not easy to find, but definitely worth going. The food is excellent, the small (and frequently changing) menu offers something for every taste - and there is a selection of great wines to accompany your dinner. Besides the food, friendly, knowledgable and efficient staff make dining here a most positive experience. For dinner, making a reservation is a good idea. (We were just able to secure the last available dinner table on a regular weekday.)

Die zwei Vorspeisen sowie die hausgemachten Nudeln mit Sommertrüffel und Jakobsmuscheln waren sehr schmackhaft. Auch der Spätburgunder aus der Ahr gefiel uns sehr. Die Bedienung war freundlich und professionel. Ein Lokal, das wir gerne weiterempfehlen.

Ich hatte einen tollen Ttisch vor dem schönen alten Lokal. Die Entenleber war genauso toll wie das Lamm und der Käse aus der Rhön. Auch die Wein Empfehlung passte.

Service und Freundlichkeit sehr gut, Atmosphäre etwas ältlich, das Essen war hier schon deutlich besser. Insgesamt enttäuschend.
