Froso's Family Dining - Funny River

We had dinner here after a long day of fishing! The food was good, plentiful and we were pleasantly surprised that they had a salad bar. Overall a great experience!

Can only speak to my experience here. They have a good salad bar, for Soldotna it is great. The waitress was prompt and friendly. If I have a complaint it would be that we felt a little rushed to get done and get out. Our waitress did say when it's slow (it was) that they close early. If you put your fork down she was trying to take the plate away. That said I had the unlimited salad bar and it was really good and the service was very good also.

We waited 45 min to get our food, it wasn't hot, she brought salad with dinner. It was not a pleasant experience.

There’s a to go Sonic cup in with my calamari that’s been overcooked, rubbery and kind of tasteless. My partner’s calzone is WAY too big and my cheeseburger is not seasoned. I don’t go here often, but now I see no reason to go back.

Very good food and service. Italian, Mexican, and Mediterranean cousin. Salad buffet.
