Passport Pizza - g Heights

Wow, fantastic and wonderfull pizza place I got a XL chicken and garlic pizza and it was a tremendous experience. The other pizza places... Loosers and hacks everyone knows it. Trust me. Go to passport. They make pizza great again !!

Every time I come to this place, the pizza is amazing. Super fresh. Lots of toppings. Staff is always nice. I came in today and heather helped me out. As always, she was super nice. She answered a question I had about pricing and took care of the concern right away. This is my place!!! Thank you heather and team!

Reliably DELICIOUS pizza--esp after every other place is closed, but this Great Place is open! Been loving this place for 5yrs now! ? My fav is round with xtra cheese! Chicago Detroit deep dishes are good too. Love the Subs Salads! The folks who work there are also very Great!The new version of their online order site is clunky to use, nonetheless it 's gotten my pizzas to me just fine.I really appreciate the late hours, the helpful folks, the total deliciousness!!

This isn’t to this particular location. This is just the location I always go to and everyone that works there is great.That being said, whoever is in charge of the website completely ruined the online ordering process by changing platforms. I’ve been a loyal customer for years and I always make my own pizza and create a chicken ranch pizza. Now you can no longer choose ranch as a sauce option under build your own.I was just going to try to make a different one. I chose the coupon that was 1 large, 3 topping pizza for $13. My subtotal is showing $16.50 before taxes. So for some reason the coupon doesn’t even reflect correctly. These changes are awful. The cherry on top is you used to get 10% off online ordering and with this new platform, you don’t.Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back until things are improved which I’m hoping they are. This new platform is not user friendly at all.

Ordered delivery to the hotel. The driver told me the pizza was heavy and I got excited. Then I opened the box to find an uncut pizza. It is difficult to cut pizza with plastic utensils provided by a hotel. Dislike everything about this Passport experience.
