This place is AMAZING so happy we spend our money here the staff is incredibly nice the food has always been great!! We visit this location at least once a month sometimes 2 times a month and out of all the times we have been there let’s say at least 40 times over past 2years and they made 1 mistake because of new employees everyone has to learn mistakes happen but what was remarkable this company contacted me in less than 24 hours!!! And offered to make things right and apologized very impressed!!!!!Thank You Penn Station!!!

why are we paying $15 for a sandwich when yall think it’s ok to substitute red onion for tomato? bffr

Food is good, service is good, but if the dine in atmosphere not so great. I come here often and the floor is sticky every time I come. Always see fruit flies everywhere. Bathroom could use a cleaning. Not sure why the floor and tables are all sticky. Not many people dine in and this location is not that busy for the place not being clean. Sticky floors is the main complaint.

Disappointed with this location. The floors are extremely sticky, tables dirty, no one wearing a hair net, employees with fake nails. I watched a family of 5 walk in and leave. Old fries with food might I add. Not coming back.

I use to order from this franchise in Louisville all the time. It was one of my favorite places.This establishment is no different, great food especially their cheesesteak which is what I always get.I’m not a French fry person but liked that they’re thin however, they seemed too greasy and soggy.The chicken Parmesan sub is good according to my wife.
