I have experienced nothing but great and exceptional customer service at BLACK this weekend while I was hosting my book launch at BLACK this past weekend.

The restaurant used to be fantastic but has since lost its charm and appeal.

Only 2 other tables were occupied but the service was still very slow. Food took about an hour for a table of 4 people
