I politely asked for it to be remade correctly, but the employee named Gabe was extremely rude. He falsely claimed that we didn't specify we wanted a white mocha and told two other employees to remake our drinks. His attitude was terrible and he was very rude to me. I am disappointed in the customer service at this restaurant and believe that the manager should provide Gabe with a lesson on how to properly treat customers.
This review may be a bit lengthy, but it's worth reading. I have never had a bad experience at Starbucks, and today was definitely one of the top 10 best interactions I've had at SB. My barista was extremely nice, kind, and had such a warm and loving energy about them. I didn't quite catch their name, maybe it was Jackie? If you see this, thank you for brightening my day! I work a lot and have a 2-year-old, so I don't have many days to myself. Your amazing energy truly made my day. Thank you to all the staff for your hard work and dedication. You are loved and appreciated.
I am frustrated that Starbucks could not provide change for my $100 bill when I tried to make a purchase of multiple items totaling $20. I had to cancel my order because of this inconvenience. Starbucks, please improve your customer service. This situation does not make sense to me.
I pass two Starbucks to go to this one because they do the drink correctly or better. They don't skip out on stuff or be in a hurry. So everything has been great.Wheelchair accessibility: I am disabled and this one has plenty of room to get around
Consistently under-fills drinks by 3/4 inch. If you aren't in the drive through, it takes forever to get your order. Drinks aren't made in the order they're received over mobile.
