The most positive cashier ever met, in conversation chicks felt a level of kindness. She had no name, but she worked today at 2:30.

Make a long story short 04/12/22 at 9:50 am I purchased tenders and was instead given wings. I returned to my work truck, I opened my box reached in a pulled out wings I then turned around went back into do make them aware I was given wings instead of tenders the lady preparing the order behind the counter proceeds to take the wings and dump them back into the other wings. (Mind you I have a latex glove on my right hand which is dirty and work glove on my left which is dirty as well. THESE HANDS TOUCHED THAT CHICKEN!!!!!!! I told her I touched the chicken she still put them back behind glass with the rest I told her again I touched the chicken she then grabbed the 3 wings out??WHAT ABOUT THE OTHER CHICKEN? IS IT NOT CONTAMINATED NOW? Dirty gloves touched chicken contaminated chicken. I then told the lady now she has to throw away all the wings that was there which was maybe 5-6 plus my 3. After pulling my 3 dirty wings she then tells me it?ll be fine. That?s not how you handle food and sanitation in a restaurant/ fast food type of environment.

Absolutely awful. My chicken sandwich tasted like fish and was slimy. The people working were rude and it wasn?t clean at all. Should have went to wawa. Wawa 5/5 stars

Well the only Royal farms out of the 70 that I visited this place wants extra money for a roll and then 69 cents for each dipping sauce every place else that stuff is included what a wasted store

I wanted to buy a carwash at the pump, but it did not work. The discount policy states that a 20 cent per gallon discount will apply to any carwash. I took the printed receipt to the cashier and said that I wanted to buy a carwash using the 20 cent per gallon discount. He refused saying that I did not purchase the gas at that store. He then handed me a duplicate receipt from his cash register stating that I did purchase the gas at that store. He lied and still refused to sell me the carwash. I filed a complaint at Royal Farm Stores asking to speak to the store manager about this incident. I never received a call. I then called the store, but they never answered the phone. These are the facts so can decide if you want to use this store, or any Royal Farm Store
