One of the hidden gems in Luleå. A unique sallad buffet with a choice of chicken, tuna, feta among others as your starting dish . The soup of the day, of which there are two, is also included in the lunch special as well as bred, coffee/tea. The buffet itself is one of a kind with about 30 different things to choose from. It 's not just chopped tomatoes and cucumbers, but really prepared as pickled red unions, rice rolls in seaweed and much more. Has to be experienced. Also has take away from the buffet.

A nice little cafe restaurant tucked away in central Luleå. Healthy foods suitable for vegetarians.

The salad did not taste fresh because their salad buffet was in the heat and there was a very stressed staff working at Café Symphonie that day. Picked away the buffet quickly as the heat destroys everything on the table, which the staff were aware of Café Symphonie. Will choose another place next time for lunch buffet.
