They had a brunch opening with a limited menu, then a dinner opening with a broad selection of sushi, entrees and appetizers. The drink selection ranged from beer and wine, to cocktails, all served by knowledgeable and friendly staff. If they served breakfast, it’s quite likely we would have been there! There is inside and outside seating.
Asían fusión (Fun Chinese) restaurant characterized by good food and friendly service. We’ve been there several time and have enjoyed the family style meals augmented by interesting takes on Sushi and South east asían dishes.
Found NOVA surreptitiously while looking for a place to have dinner upon arriving at our hotel. NOVA happened to be across the street. Anything on the menu was excellent: the Pork Bao, the Sushi rolls, the Nigiri pieces, the Soup Dumplings, the beer.... Service by our waitress was superb. And the prices are very reasonable
We had the pleasure of gathering a group of 20 friends in one of the private karaoke rooms! What a wonderful experience the food was a-mazing! We are picky eaters and unsure at first but they adapted menu items for us and the taste was out of this world good. Our server Aya was super attentive and made sure throughout the evening we had whatever we needed, kept the plates removed so no to interfere with karaoke and that we didn't need more anything. Karaoke in a room of friends is so much better than with strangers! We all participated and just laughed all night. I highly recommend this place to other large groups, and we will certainly be back to eat in a smaller group.
Reserved on opentable after hearing so many good things. We enjoyed the following: What the Flame $17): rum pineapple orange grenadine a fiery presentation Cosmic Cosmo $17): vodka lavender lychee Double Hamachi $18): spicy yellowtail avocado onion ponzu crispy shallots Rainbow Roll $14): California roll assorted fish on top Volcano Roll $16): California roll baked scallop on top Scorched Crab Roll $13): crab dynamite sauce wrapped in soy paper 3 small pieces) Tempura $9 happy hour) i_therefore_conclude my husband picked a good one when i said I only wanted sushi and maybe a couple of cocktails . Nova certainly did not disappoint. They are priced higher because maybe it 's attached to the Hyatt Hotel?? Everything we ordered was fresh and delicious I particularly liked the double hamachi and my cosmic vodka. Service is friendly too. Do come during happy hour 4 6pm) for good sushi deals. They make their cocktails in all colors and sizes too. The interior design of the restaurant is gorgeous and insta worthy. We 're interested to return for their Sunday inNOVAtive brunch...
