Moe's Southwest Grill - Garner

When I asked her what she was doing, I was met with hostility from her coworkers, who defended her behavior. It's worth noting that the worker who said something was one of the young men she had been flirting with. They informed me that she wasn't even scheduled to be working. I find it unacceptable that Moes would allow someone with long, dirty nails, no gloves, dressed casually in a personal hoodie, and behaving in such an unprofessional manner to be behind the register and preparing food.

I had a terrible experience with takeout at this restaurant. We waited around five minutes to place our order, but the person at the counter didn't even make eye contact or acknowledge us. I waited to see how long it would take for him to ask us what we wanted, but eventually I just walked out. Despite having five staff members behind the counter, not a single one approached us. It was quite disappointing. I would recommend taking your business elsewhere.

The restaurant prepared our meals, but the portions were noticeably smaller than what we're used to. Furthermore, our food sat out for quite a while before being served, while other customers were attended to first. To top it off, the stickers on our food were an annoying distraction during our meal.

I ordered two combo meals and a kids' meal, and it set me back $40, which just wasn't worth it. There was barely any protein and cheese, and my orders were incomplete. I used to enjoy dining at Moe's, but I won’t be going back. Given the price and the portion sizes, I’d much rather choose a sit-down Mexican restaurant.

I walked into the restaurant and immediately noticed it wasn’t clean. No one greeted us upon arrival. When we tried to place our orders, the staff struggled to hear us, prompting us to repeat ourselves several times. The food appeared to have been sitting out for days and was served lukewarm. We had to ask a staff member for ice since the ice machine was empty. They showed us a bucket on the counter with just a small amount of ice in it, laughed, and apologized, but mentioned they didn’t know how to refill the machine. Additionally, the area where the lids and other supplies were kept was messy and cluttered. We have visited this restaurant numerous times before and have always enjoyed it, but tonight’s experience was far from acceptable. We will not be coming back.
