Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

This restaurant used to have much better food. Today, I was hoping to enjoy some fresh boneless wings, but what I received was the bottom of the barrel when it came to chicken pieces. I always feel disappointed when I come here, but today I had some hope that they might finally get it right. Unfortunately, it seems like they just don't care about the quality of what they're serving. I'm not sure if it's because they're overwhelmed or busy, given that there were at least 12 people working there. Regardless, I will definitely not be returning. I’d rather eat Tyson chicken nuggets.

Two employees outside were so brilliant and helped me choose something amazing from the menu. You have made the experience totally brilliant.

Horrible service. I ordered wings and asked for extra nuclear sauce and the wings were so dry and they didn?t give me no sauce .

This was my first time at this location in Garner. My chicken was hot but my fries was cooked to brown hard. If they have someone on fries just make sure they pull them up before they get to dark. If they fix this I would give them a 5. The bread was toasted perfectly.

Drive through was steady moving. Good service. Food, asked for sauce on side for boneless wings....well got sauce on them. Fries were hot good. Wings not hot in temperature. Otherwise.....okay.
