Mellow Mushroom - Gatlinburg

Our server was quite possible, one of the worst servers we ever had. had absolutely no idea what was on the menu, what vegan meant, etc. we would ask and he would literally stare at us for 5-10 seconds. he forgot the dishes, brought us the wrong food several times, and seemed extremely airborne. the manager had to intervene more than once. positiw is that the pizza itself was very good. they have vegan cheese, tempo and tofu toppings. if they are vegan, I would suggest building your own pizza and adding vegan ingredients to it. I wouldn't trust others in the menu. we asked the manager what was otherwise vegan and he said to us “good, everything on the menu can be made vegan if they remove the non vegan items”.

Gatlinburg vegan game is weak. it is a vegan desert here and mellow mushroom is quite the only solid option for a warm vegan lunch. the menu is not marked for vegan options, so they need to adjust their order to make it vegan. 1) I started with “I’m a vegan” and the personal helped me order from there. Many thanks to an earlier review that has suggested! 2) they give vegan crust some of their pizza crust contains garlauch butter. 3) they can exchange any cheese for vegan cheese (they have followed their hearts.) I have veganized the vegout pizza, and it was satisfying. I love her pizza crust.

They have a good amount of basic pizza options. the crust is thick here and doughy. vegan cheese option is a good supplement. very basic center of the line, does the job. updated by previous review on 2022-01-07

The veg out with vegan cheese is fantastic! There is also a hummus appetizer with pita and cucumbers as well as a Greek salad (no feta). Mellow Mushroom is our favorite restaurant for ease of ordering and tasty vegan choices.
