I will never set foot in there again not after tonights experience even though my family know Enzo over the years After reading quite a few recent reviews of late , maybe take a course un customer courtesy and acknowledgement .
Dinner for four. Variety of pizzas, including a welcome gluten free base option. Toppings include Godfather, Marinara, Hawaiian and Margherita. All delicious with yum, dry crusts. Friendly and fast service. In answer to prior grumpy review, my entertainment book voucher was kindly accepted without hesitation.
I have a few things to outline with the poor management of this establishment. I was SHOCKED to realise a young lady under the age of 16 had made and served me alcohol. I was then even more shocked when young wait staff were being yelled at and scolded by there manager, trying to do their job. Then soon after being informed that the tips are not equally devised between all the staff instead going to the manager for his pocket. I will never be returning to this poorly run business..
Had takeaway pizza. If you are after authentic pizza you will be disappointed. More like American style pizza.
Specialising in Pizza, Pasta and Italian staples, this place is a great casual eatery with friendly staff and good food. Our friends (locals) eat here regularly and are never disappointed, either for dine-in or takeaway. Prices are reasonable, they have a small, but decent, wine list and quick service. On the night we visited, our pasta dishes were very good and so was the pizza that one of us ordered. Where possible, they will also adjust their dishes to cater to people with food allergies. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit here.
