Ihop - Georgetown

The wait was long both to get a table but also for our food to come, but it was Sunday. Also, like so many restaurants, they are short on staff. My food and coffee was good but my husband's was warm, not hot.

Really short employees. Not 24 hours. Parking is not sufficiently illuminated and cannot see the restaurant from the Interstate at night. Breakfast was good. Creeps were small. And had fruit on them. The waiter billed before I even got my food. It's a shame that people don't want to work anymore and want to sit at home.

I was really craving some IHOP until I walk in and get shut down do to supposedly short staff. I look around and there are 6 waiters and a manager. We talk to The manager respectfully and she start yelling at me for no reason. She says they can only do take out. I guess she thought I was ray Charles and couldn't see the open tables. I will not be returning to this location due to lack of respect and knowledge. This plays blows

2 times we’ve been to this location and they never have a lot of their food, only 1-2 servers, and seating is slow. But only 2 tables occupied in the whole restaurant.I understand people don’t want to work but if your servers can’t handle more than 1 table at time and you don’t have a working manager it’s time to close the doors.

I had an issue with an online order I placed on August 4, 2022 and I am still waiting for a response from them, very disappointing to say the least. We placed an order for pickup on Saturday 9/24, and the pancakes were over cooked, I understand they are under staffed but your service is food, you should get it right the first time.
