Contribuer aux commentairesCame in today to get a bowl and no one said one thing to me when I walked in, fine. Stood by the counter to order for 6 mins. One employee in his phone the entire time- never looking up. One was walking around. And one making a drink. The young man finally walked to take my order- while in his phone still. He looked up and said NOTHING. Just looked at me to order. When I asked a question about the app- he said “I have no idea” and just starred at me. I love smoothie king, I love small businesses but this customer service was one of the worst I’ve had in Georgetown. Bowl- was a 6/10.
I literally, ordered my smoothie in advance per usual and came here 3 times a week but, the last two weeks' service had been terrible, and this past two weeks I had to wait an additional 15 minutes for my order and been late to work.

I placed an order online and the pickup was automatically set to 7:51 pm, i walked up to the door at 7:45 pm and the door was locked. manager said she didn’t know she locked the door, im sorry but how do you not know you locked a door? got my açaí bowl and by the time i got to the car it was already melted. really disappointing! wont be returning any time soon. the one on palm valley is better.
