Papa Johns Pizza - Germantown

I asked for extra cheese and what I got was regular cheese that I was overcharged for. I also wanted thicker crust but this crust is so thin, no fluff at all. Papa Johns used to be so much better than this. Very disappointed

If you want to know why this pizza place has a rating of 2 stars I'll tell you Why you call the number it goes to a call Center with people from other country who can't even find the Germantown store in their data base BUTTTT They have no problem patching you thru to the store

I tried calling while leaving Dayton, but nobody answered the phone even though there were five workers in the shop when I arrived, two of whom were not busy. One of the workers was brushing her hair in the office, which was fine, but she didn't wash her hands afterward. The pizza was undercooked and doughy, but the Parmesan garlic butter breadsticks were delicious. Normally, this shop serves excellent pizza, so I was disappointed with my experience.

Employees are rude, found an eyelash in my pizza, the GM was talking insanely inappropriately making me and the people i was with very uncomfortable during my visit

I called to place an order and was told I couldn't. The call center hire people who can't speak good English. But to be told the store doesn't take orders is a bunch of crock... what if I walk in. Would he have said the same thing. I'm done spending my money with them. And boyyy did I spend money
