Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

Food is good but they have given up on everything else. You are being serviced by high schoolers and the place feels like a fast food establishment.

Had the ribs, wasnt expecting the best, but i was wrong, the rib are fall off the bone and tasty, could do with a little more bbq, but thats just my preference...give the ribs 10/10

The food tasted great, we were served really quickly compared to other restaurants, and the atmosphere is like no other! 5 stars all around.

Mom and I stopped in for burgers at Red Robin Germantown, MD this afternoon since she had not been feeling well for several weeks and it was the 1st time she felt well enough to go out. Ada and Jacob, the manager, cook and kitchen staff (and I am sorry we did not get everyone's names) stopped by our table to see what we needed throughout our meal. Mom and I were so amazed by the service and food we agreed this team needed to know how much we appreciated the great food and service and will be back again and again! Thank all of you and we wish you Happy Holidays!!! (And warn you we will be back to see you and experience another 5 star service and meal very soon)!!!

Waitress was fantastic. Restaurant clean. Service great. The food is great. Their house seasoning is amazing.
