Contribuer aux commentairesCame here for a post-workout menu with erika d and must say I really liked the place! it was empty when we arrived, but it was quite late on a Tuesday night and the restaurant is a bit out of the main roads. the waiter was really friendly and the place is super clean and tidy inside. beautiful atmosphere. I liked the menu and had difficulty choosing what I wanted to eat. had a good choice of dressing lighter salads to burgers and pizzas. all macros are so well listed to help meet a choice when watching the daily calorie and macros. we both decided for the chipotle chicken salad and it was so delicious! it was surprisingly fillable, but not too heavy, which felt strongly cloged later. salad had a delicious mango dressing and was very fresh. we also had a side sweet potato wedge that were so delicious. in any case they come back and try all the other amazing dishes. I have the burger next time in the eye! good price too. was among a tenner everyone as they give them 25% discount when they are in yelp that is a bonus!
I visited kcal kitchen today later in the afternoon and was the only person in, but I guess that in office lunches or post-work before gym time this place will be pretty busy. I love the fresh decor with wooden, white walls and green color splashes, it is really bright and spacious, although it is in a cellar area. I wish they had more powerpoints, because there are only two I could see and both are closely connected to each other, although they have free Wi-Fi, it is not really ideal for sitting when they have to plug in. Just remember and take some 'out of the screen' time and get their personal wellness charge instead! I don't think they're necessarily going to go to a fitness studio to enjoy a kcal kitchen, but if they try to watch what they eat, or just love fresh colorful food kcal is ideal. all the elements on the menu have macro details, so they can choose food that best suits their nutritional needs - this makes it easy to count calories when that is more their ding. Do you want additional protein or maybe looking for lower carbohydrate options? try the side menu where you can get simple things like cooked eggs, extra chicken or fish or maybe even a superfood salad. Do you love tasty hot eating? Why not try a healthier pizza or burger; they also do gluten-free pizzas. there is a refrigerator where they go quickly to eat, but I wanted to sit in and was treated very pleasant and cheerful table service. I had a noodle dish with tofu instead of huh, this came with a sperling of roasted cashews and many silk tofu. the zoodles/courgetti spaghetti with this was so good, tender, but not overcooked. I liked the gentle aromes, with ingwer and garlic and a hauch of chili makes it very refreshing and zingy, especially with a nourishing smoothie with cocos water. the suppe of the day was roasted garlic and tomaten (vegan,) with optional cream freche (veggie version,) and the person that was served was asked if I had a dessert tied, but I was nicely full of my main and smoothie, to decide that pfan cake should be saved for another day. I will soon be back, such a great caffe and nice to have a healthy place to hang, especially since they are open til 7pm.
So that's not a place where you would normally find me, but recently I've looked at all those connected to calorie closer so I thought I'd check it out. the first impressions were good. the place is clean, modern and has a fresh feeling for it. the staff was friendly, friendly and the service was fast. the menu is so interesting and had many delicious sound options, all listed with a recording of the calories next to them. I went with a courgette noodles, huhn and cashews in a Chinese style sauce. the complete meal has about 300 calories, was exceptionally delicious and very well filled. this felt like a tasty, no lower calf substitute for a normal lunch. I enjoyed my visit in kcal and will be back. it's great if they monitor their food intake, but even if they don't have its many tasty sound options to choose.
This place makes me want to be a healthy mother, only so I have a reason to block on protein offered from all delicious meals. the breakfast options were lovely and I loved the smoothie I ordered. the server was incredibly nice and helpful I just wish we could go back and try the lunch options!
It is so hard to find a place where you can get healthy but tasty food, so a new addition to the list is always nice. The staff is amazingly friendly and kind, I must say. Every time I was here, I really felt that my opinion matters, one of these times I even got a small questionnaire so I can share my thoughts with them. The menu is really well curated and diverse, so I tried several things already. Their breakfast toasts are amazing, the salads are fresh and rich in ingredients, the smoothies and shakes are really tasty. My absolute favourite is the Espressoats, which only lacks the 'Designed for Bori A ' tag from it I mean, it is healthy and delicious and it even has caffeine in it, what else could I hope for? I also love the idea that water is also flavoured with some berries or cucumber or such. I think it 's a great addition, absolutely matching the image of the place. I need to admit I had less lucky choices as well, the Protein Macaroni Cheese did not become my favourite for instance, I just had the feeling poor mac was seasoned with protein powder directly. But that that was only one item on a pretty impressive list of different foods I tried, so I won 't complain much about it. If anyone is seriously into monitoring their nutrition: in addition to mentioning main macro nutrients and the calorie intake on the menu, everything is available in MyFitnessPal as well, which may help for people interested in such things (at the moment I need to be, because the scale is accusing me of a horrible weight gain in the past year, so I need to be watching. Not only have I been here three times already, I also know that I will return, and I promise that I will update this review sooner or later. My overall rating is neither a perfect five nor an absolute four however I am tending towards the better score for now, and will decide in a few months whether I was right or wrong.
